• Aggressively drive the sales numbers and achieve the business targets for affordable home loans in the region while continuing to enhance and upgrade the client…
• Explore and identify new sourcing avenues and channels, set up new locations to increase business volumes
• Retain and expand the company's base of customers across all channel partners and franchisee to ensure repeat business or referrals
• Facilitate the development of new builder/channel relationships with so as to penetrate new markets and thereby increase business
• Define the sourcing funnel and align with the team on ground lead generation activities to create a reliable network of DSA / Direct Sales / Builders

What you need
