About the role

The Regional Manager will oversee project delivery, stakeholder engagement, government partnerships, team leadership, and regional growth while ensuring program impact and financial sustainability.

What you'll do

  • 🔹 Develop and execute regional strategy and annual operating plans
  • 🔹 Liaise with State and District Government officials for program implementation
  • 🔹 Oversee multiple projects and ensure timely delivery of outcomes
  • 🔹 Manage project budgets, financial health, and cash flow monitoring
  • 🔹 Lead and mentor Project Managers and regional teams

What you need

  • 15–27 yrs of experience

  • Any graduate
