About the role

Responsible for hiring, recruitment, training, and motivation of Individual loan officers. Evaluating business potential for the regions by using different analytical reports like pin code reports, bureau reports, Micrometer etc. Implementing best business practices and developing company strategies and programs while ensuring strict compliance, integrity, and portfolio quality.

What you'll do

• Conducting Secured Business Loans by Identifying business potential locations, driving business numbers, and maintaining quality portfolio of the region
• Leading a sales team of Sales Officers and Deputy Sales Managers to drive business numbers and achieve targets
• Maintaining highest portfolio quality and collection efficiency
• Responsible for hiring, recruitment, training, and motivation of Individual loan officers
• Evaluating business potential for the regions by using different analytical reports like pin code reports, bureau reports, Micrometer etc
