Regional Manager

About the role

The Regional Manager will be responsible for end-to-end regional operations, revenue performance, team leadership, and service quality across multiple Truliv properties in Chennai. This role requires a strong balance of business acumen, people management, operational excellence, and customer experience ownership.

What you'll do

• Business & Revenue Management
• Own regional occupancy, revenue, ARPU, and cost controls
• Drive sales performance, local partnerships, and corporate tie-ups
• Monitor pricing, discounts, and offers in line with company strategy
• Ensure achievement of monthly and quarterly business targets

What you need

• 5–7 yrs of experience
• MIS reporting
• Facility management
• Sales
• SOP writing
• Communication
• BBA or MBA
