As an Asia Regional Operational Excellence Lead, you will help drive our goals by: Key skills that will help you succeed in this role: Black Belt Lean Six Sigma qualification with significant experience delivering transformational operational and financial improvements. Proven background in Operational Excellence, Continuous Improvement or Operations Transformation within complex organisations .
What you'll do
- Help tackle the world's biggest challenges - cutting emissions, powering modern life and supporting life-saving technologies - by applying
- Leading high-impact improvement programmes that enhance productivity, safety, quality, cost performance and operational efficiency
- Driving adoption of the JM Production System and continuous improvement methodologies, including Lean and Six Sigma principles
- Building operational capability through coaching, training and the sharing of best practices, tools and governance processes
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align resources and deliver sustainable business improvements
