What you'll do

• Develop and execute business plans, drive strategic growth, and ensure that customers receive the highest level of technical and application support
• Lead, manage, and mentor your sales team to achieve business goals and group strategies
• Achieve Key Performance metrics of Order Intake, Sales Turnover
• Develop and implement business plans and sales strategies to deliver year-on-year growth
• Identify, qualify, and close key PCI opportunities across industrial markets
