Regional Programme Co-Ordinator

About the role

Reporting directly to the APJ Account Management and Project Management Director, this role collaborates closely with Regional Project Management Directors across India, Japan, and the broader Asia Pacific, as well as the Regional Commercial Lead, to maintain rigorous standards of data integrity, compliance, and reporting.

What you'll do

• Serve as the subject matter expert for the client's project management processes, standards, and governance frameworks
• Own and manage the monthly reporting and financial calendars, coordinating with PMO members, Regional Project Management Directors
• Maintain the client's internal financial management tool (Tririga Capital Projects) as the single source of truth for all project data, ensuring accuracy, completeness
• Serve as the subject matter expert for JLL's Project Management Information System
• Lead the onboarding and ongoing training of project delivery teams on client processes, governance requirements
