Regional Sales Director - West India, Enterprise

About the role

India is one of the fastest-growing and most strategically important cybersecurity markets globally, and a critical pillar of OPSWAT’s growth strategy. We are looking for a Regional Sales Director, India West/Enterprise to lead and accelerate OPSWAT’s sales organization and market growth in India.

What you'll do

• Develop and execute the India West/Enterprise GTM and sales strategy to achieve revenue targets
• Personally engage in and help close strategic, high-value opportunities alongside the team
• Drive growth across private sector enterprise customers including BFSI, Telecom, Manufacturing and other critical infrastructure sectors
• Build strategic relationships with key customers and executive stakeholders
• Recruit, coach, and develop a small, high-performing sales team
