Regional Sales Manager

About the role

Role Purpose Lead the Joints & VELYS business across the assigned region by driving sales growth, market share expansion, strategic account development, and adoption of advanced orthopedic technologies. Responsible for building high-performing teams, strengthening surgeon and hospital partnerships, and delivering sustainable business results.

What you'll do

• Deliver regional sales, market share, and profitability targets for the Joints & VELYS portfolio
• Lead, coach, and develop District Account Managers and field teams to achieve business objectives
• Build and manage relationships with key orthopedic surgeons, KOLs, hospital leadership, and procurement stakeholders
• Drive adoption and utilization of VELYS Digital Surgery solutions across strategic accounts
• Develop and execute regional business plans to accelerate procedure growth and competitive conversions
