Regional Sales Manager

About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Regional Sales Manager, India & South Asia , located in India, to lead FARO Insights’ commercial activities across India and the South Asia region.

What you'll do

• Develop and execute the sales strategy for India and the South Asia region, driving sustainable revenue growth, profitability, and market share
• Lead, coach and develop the local sales organization in India, driving growth and high performance in a competitive market
• Monitor team performance against key metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement appropriate actions to drive performance
• Strengthen and expand the distributor and channel partner network across India and key South Asian markets, including Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Bhutan, Maldives, and Nepal
• Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitive developments to identify opportunities and support commercial decision-making
