About the role

The Regional Sales Manager – Lab Solutions will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing strategic customer relationships, and leading the regional sales team for the Diagnostics portfolio in the West region. The role requires strong leadership, strategic planning capabilities, and a deep understanding of laboratory diagnostics solutions, including clinical chemistry, immunoassay, and hematology systems.

What you'll do

• Sales & Business Development
• Achieve regional sales targets for laboratory diagnostics products and solutions
• Drive business growth through strategic account management and new customer acquisition
• Develop and implement regional sales strategies aligned with overall company objectives
• Identify new market opportunities and expand the installed base of diagnostic systems across hospitals and diagnostic laboratories
