About the role

To Lead liability sales for Current Accounts across the region by driving strategy, mentoring area teams, ensuring compliance, achieving revenue targets, and promoting cross-sell opportunities.

What you'll do

• Supervise and mentor area sales managers and teams across multiple geographies
• Drive recruitment, training, retention, and talent development
• Monitor performance metrics, ensure compliance and governance, and achieve regional business objectives. Act as a bridge between corporate leadership and area teams
• Develop and execute regional sales strategies for liability products
• Lead recruitment, training and guidance of Area Sales Managers and Officers to achieve budgets and incentives
