About the role

Manage relation with stakeholders like Credit, Operations etc to ensure smooth loan processing and onboarding journey. Develop & drive business plan and strategy for growth in CVCE portfolio Create working plan for volume scale up (topline) with profitability for meeting defined target (NII, PF) Develop and enhance channel sales and support functions (DSA, connector, Direct business etc)

What you'll do

• Manage sales team to build quality portfolio
• Manage relation with stakeholders like Credit, Operations etc to ensure smooth loan processing and onboarding journey

• Develop & drive business plan and strategy for growth in CVCE portfolio
