Regional Sales Manager - Developer Finance - Developer Finance - Sales - Ahmedabad - Navrangpura - MM at Tata Capital. Create and manage progressive relationships with builders / developers, real estate intermediaries, real estate brokers, international property consultants.

What you'll do

  • Create and manage progressive relationships with builders / developers, real estate intermediaries, real estate brokers, international property consultants
  • Develop expertise on real estate project evaluation, structuring and credit & technical analysis and coordinate with legal
  • Originate new business and carry out detailed appraisal and due diligence of the project/proposal, technical financial legal regulatory etc
  • Monitor portfolio to mitigate risk on continuous basis and engage with credit for sanctioning of cases and execution of loan documents
  • Liaise with connectors/international property consultants and local retail team to source and then structure deals
