Provide strong leadership and direction to the sales and relationship management teams, setting clear sales targets, and driving them to achieve and exceed their sales goals. Lead efforts to acquire new clients in the emerging corporate sector, identifying prospects, and converting them into valuable business relationships.

• Ensure the achievement of budgetary targets, including Net Interest Income (NII), Fee income, and Portfolio size, while continuously seeking opportunities for growth
• Manage, mentor, and develop the sales and relationship management teams, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluations
