Regional Sales Manager

About the role

As Regional Manager – North & East India, you will own the execution of Strategy, growth, and performance of Genetec's business across the North & East India region.

What you'll do

• Build and manage the regional annual business plan, including revenue targets, pipeline coverage, and market share growth
• Identify new business opportunities, verticals, and channel expansion across the region
• Serve as the primary relationship owner for the region's key accounts, systems integrators & consultants
• Build and nurture strategic, long-term relationships with high-priority clients, partners, and industry stakeholders
• Lead executive-level client presentations, solution demonstrations, and commercial negotiations for strategic deals
