About the role

Responsible for driving regional sales growth, achieving revenue targets, expanding market presence, and managing sales teams and channel partners to maximize business growth

What you'll do

  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve revenue and market share targets
  • Expand distribution networks by identifying new business opportunities and appointing channel partners
  • Manage relationships with distributors, dealers, MBOs, and key accounts
  • Monitor primary and secondary sales, market coverage, product performance, and collections
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify growth opportunities
