Regional Sales Manager - India

About the role

We are seeking a technical, entrepreneurial Regional Sales Manager to own new and expansion opportunities across commercial and mid-market accounts. You will manage the full sales cycle, from account prioritization and pipeline creation through discovery, technical validation, quantified value, pricing, negotiation, close, and expansion.

What you'll do

• Prospect, qualify, and close new business across commercial and mid-market accounts
• Build and manage a healthy pipeline using direct outreach and the product, Marketing, BDR, partner
• Lead opportunities from first meeting through technical validation, security and procurement, pricing, negotiation, and close
• Expand and retain assigned customers by identifying new workloads, capacity, use cases, and business units, and hand off cleanly to post-sale teams
• Use MEDDPICC or a comparable method, and keep accurate pipeline, forecasts, activity, and next steps in Salesforce
