About the role

Periodic alignment trips to Mumbai (once every 2 months) 10-15 years' experience in masterbatch or related polymer sales Proven direct selling experience (no distributor-led models) Educational background in Chemical Engineering preferred High-visibility IC role with strong growth potential Opportunity to build and lead a key regional market

What you'll do

• Lead direct sales in a high-growth specialty polymers market
• Manage direct sales for North India (Delhi & adjoining markets) as an IC
• Drive business growth through consultative selling of masterbatch products
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers
• Collaborate with GM Sales and travel extensively (50%) for client engagement
