• Develop and execute comprehensive regional sales strategies to capture market share within the power solutions and capital equipment segments
• Lead the end-to-end sales lifecycle, from lead generation and technical proposal presentation to final contract negotiation
• Cultivate and maintain high-level, long-term relationships with key industrial stakeholders and decision-makers across the region
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to provide actionable insights that enhance the company's regional positioning
• Collaborate closely with internal technical and engineering teams to ensure proposed power and acoustic solutions precisely meet client requirements
