About the role

The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for driving and managing the 3-wheeler vehicle loan business across the entire Bihar state. This role requires strategic planning, team management, and strong relationship-building with dealers, financiers, and key stakeholders to achieve business targets and ensure portfolio quality.

  • Drive penetration across all key markets and towns; identify and activate high-potential dealers
  • Launch local promotional campaigns and partnerships to enhance visibility
