  • Manage a team of Relationship Managers (RMs) and Area Sales Managers (ASMs) to drive business volumes across both internal and external channels (Branch, DSA, Builder)
  • Manage sales and distribution through the cross-sell and open market channels
  • Work with cross functional teams like Credit, Legal, Technical, and Product & Ops to ensure business deliverables are met
  • Sanction & disbursement of files per month as per targets assigned
