About the role

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Area Sales Manager / Regional Sales Manager to lead sales growth for an education loan portfolio across Bengaluru, Hyderabad, or Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in education loan sales, team leadership, market development, and financial services distribution.

What you'll do

Drive education loan sales, customer acquisition, and disbursement targets across the assigned territory
Develop and execute regional sales strategies to expand market reach and increase portfolio growth
Lead, mentor, and manage sales teams to achieve individual and regional business objectives
Build and maintain relationships with educational institutions, universities, student counsellors, and channel partners
Identify new business opportunities, referral networks, and distribution channels to generate qualified leads
