Regional Security Advisor, Asia Pacific

About the role

Asia Pacific is one of the most dynamic and complex operating environments in the world, shaped by geopolitical tension, rapid economic change, natural hazards, and varied regulatory and cultural landscapes. As the senior security leader for the region, you will define and drive a security vision that protects our people, manufacturing footprint, assets, and reputation while enabling the company's growth ambitions.

What you'll do

• Be a strategic partner to regional and country leadership, shaping decisions on market entry, site selection, expansion, and risk appetite
• Translate global security strategy into a regional program that is mature, measurable, and adapted to each country
• Also build the organization, partnerships, and resilience that make the company a secure and credible presence across the region
• Defining and owning a multi-year Asia Pacific security strategy and roadmap, aligned to global priorities and integrated with regional business plans
• Leading regional risk assessments and turning the findings into prioritized, risk-based investment decisions for people, travelers, facilities, and assets

What you need
