Regional Strategy Manager

Increasing electrification and efficiency are key and demand for green H2 and derivative fuels will rise. Who is Siemens Energy? The technologies created in our research departments and factories drive the energy transition and provide the base for one sixth of the world's electricity generation.

What you'll do

• In this role as the Regional Strategy Manager, you’ll functionally report into the global Head of Business Strategy and work closely with the Regional Leadership
• Develop the regional strategy together with the Regional Leadership team, and define clear, actionable measures & initiatives towards profitable growth
• Lead regional strategic growth plans and transformation initiatives to ensure strategy implementation
• Work closely with the Regional Leadership and SE Hub teams to develop business plans, support go-to-market and sales excellence activities
• Support the global market & competitive intelligence team with regional competitive insights and regional market evaluation, together with the local countries
