Regional Technical and Sales Manager

About the role

Will be responsible to assist field sales staff in the form of giving product training, preparing & arranging literatures, promotional inputs, relevant references, detailed product manuals and Technical support Build communication strategies, Brand’s USPs, to achieve sales targets and calibrate the sales team about the products

What you'll do

• Be responsible to assist field sales staff in the form of giving product training, preparing & arranging literatures, promotional inputs, relevant references
• Build communication strategies, Brand’s USPs, to achieve sales targets and calibrate the sales team about the products
• Be responsible to provide Training to Sales staff on technical and commercial aspects of the product and oversee the sales target/collection achievements
• Responsible for planning monthly, quarterly and annual Sales plan and achievement strategies
• Achieve assigned sales targets
