About the role

The Regional Training Manager is responsible for planning, delivering and monitoring training across all levels in the assigned region. The role ensures that branch and regional teams build the knowledge, skills and performance needed to meet business goals, by identifying training needs, delivering and tracking programmes, covering branches through regular visits, reporting accurately and managing the training budget responsibly.

What you'll do

• Conduct training need assessments (TNA) across all levels in the region, from field staff to branch and area managers
• Analyse performance, audit and productivity data to identify skill and knowledge gaps
• Convert TNA findings into an annual and quarterly regional training calendar
• Coordinate with the Content Development team to commission new modules where gaps are identified
• Deliver classroom, on-the-job and virtual training programmes for new joiners, existing staff and managers
