Regulatory Compliance Manager

About the role

The Manager, Regulatory Compliance APJ is responsible for leading and supporting export compliance activities across the Asia Pacific region with India being a key focus market. This role will be based in India and ideally in Mumbai and will provides day-to-day guidance on export control matters, manages compliance escalations, implements trade compliance programs, and ensures adherence to applicable export regulations and internal policies.

What you'll do

• Manage and resolve daily export control escalations raised by Sales, Sales Operations, Logistics, Customs Brokers, and other business stakeholders
• Provide guidance on export licensing, classification, screening requirements, and regulatory obligations across the Asia Pacific region
• Support business transactions by evaluating export control and trade compliance risks and recommending appropriate mitigation measures
• Implement and maintain the company's global export compliance program across multiple countries within the APJ region
• Champion compliance with applicable export control laws, regulations, and corporate policies

What you need
