About the role

The Relationship Executive will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing customer relationships through excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

What you'll do

  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer queries in a timely manner
  • Build strong relationships with customers and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Identify and escalate issues to supervisors as needed
  • Keep records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Meet personal and team targets
