About the role

The Relationship Manager – Agency will be responsible for driving business development and managing the channel partner ecosystem for USGI Legal Entity's General Insurance portfolio in the Nashik region. This role involves building strong relationships with agencies, achieving sales targets, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver tailored insurance solutions.

What you'll do

• Act as the primary point of contact for agency partners, ensuring high levels of service, compliance, and mutual growth
• Develop and execute agency sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
• Identify, onboard, and nurture new channel partners
• Manage existing agency relationships, ensuring high service levels
• Conduct market analysis to uncover growth opportunities
