About the role

To drive business growth through acquisition and management of agri-input dealers, fertilizer dealers, pesticide dealers, seed dealers, and other agri-related business establishments by offering working capital, business loans, and other banking solutions. The role focuses on portfolio growth, relationship management, and asset quality.

What you'll do

Acquire and onboard new Agri Dealer customers for business banking products
Source and manage Dealer Crop Finance proposals, Working Capital facilities, Business Loans, LAP, and other agri-financing products
Develop strong relationships with fertilizer, pesticide, seed, farm equipment, and agri-input dealers
Conduct customer meetings, financial analysis, and field visits for credit assessment
Ensure timely login, processing, sanction, and disbursement of loan proposals
