About the role

Responsible for entire market, oversees all activities for IFA’s Formulate sales strategy and develops sales forecast, budget and manpower plans for his team. AUM-Achieving the AUM & sales targets and Increasing market share Pursue major prospects and leads in major negotiations constructing appropriate terms of sales.

What you'll do

• Responsible for entire market, oversees all activities for IFA’s
• Responsible for achieving Sales Targets, Sales patterns in the market
• Drive all business segments by diligent deployment of targets across segments
• Ensure right- selling by all team members (if any) through regular training
