What you'll do

Drive business development and origination across Private Credit, Structured Finance, Alternate Assets, and Special Situations financing
Source and execute transactions including structured loans, acquisition financing, promoter funding, HoldCo financing, refinancing, growth capital, mezzanine debt
Build and maintain strong relationships with Promoters, CFOs, Treasury Heads, Investment Bankers, Private Equity Funds, Venture Capital Funds, Family Offices
Evaluate financing opportunities through detailed financial analysis, business assessment, cash flow evaluation, and risk review
Coordinate with internal stakeholders for credit appraisal, due diligence, legal documentation, approvals, and disbursement
