About the role

You will generate insurance business by activating new branches, promoting Health, Personal Accident and Fire policies, and ensuring sales targets are consistently met while fostering strong, collaborative relationships with branch managers and staff. Build and maintain strong relationships with branch managers and staff.

What you'll do

• Generate insurance business by activating new branches, promoting Health, Personal Accident and Fire policies
• Build and maintain strong relationships with branch managers and staff
• Identify and onboard new bank branches for bancassurance distribution
• Develop branch‑specific sales plans and achieve monthly/quarterly targets
• Conduct training sessions and product workshops for branch personnel

What you need
