About the role

The role has been vacant for seven months, requiring a self‑starter with a two‑wheeler for frequent travel and the ability to operate effectively with limited manpower against competitors such as Chola MS. Develop and execute bancassurance sales plans to meet the ₹4‑5 Lakh regional target. Maintain and grow relationships with branch managers and local business partners.

What you'll do

• Develop and execute bancassurance sales plans to meet the ₹4‑5 Lakh regional target
• Maintain and grow relationships with branch managers and local business partners
• Identify and onboard new corporate and individual clients across rural and semi‑urban areas
• Conduct regular field visits using a two‑wheeler to monitor branch performance and client needs
• Coordinate with underwriting and claims teams to ensure seamless service delivery
