About the role

We are looking for a service-oriented and sales-driven Relationship Manager to manage customer relationships and drive business in the Commercial Vehicle (CV) segment. The role involves handling customer service requests, selling liability and investment products, and enhancing customer value through cross-selling and referrals.

What you'll do

• Handle customer service tasks such as account opening, DMAT services, and grievance resolution
• Educate customers on product features and assist with service requests like cheque book issuance
• Achieve sales targets for bank and investment products through cross-selling and referrals
• Support relationship managers handling HNI clients and ensure low attrition rates
