We are seeking a motivated and experienced Relationship Manager to lead sales and customer engagement in the Small Commercial Vehicle (SCV) segment. The role focuses on deposit mobilization, cross-selling financial products, and ensuring operational excellence at the branch level. What you'll do

• Manage and maintain the existing portfolio of Small Commercial Vehicle (SCV) customers, ensuring consistent engagement and service delivery
• Oversee the end-to-end process of Commercial Vehicle loans (both new and used), from customer onboarding to loan disbursement
• Facilitate the complete loan process for vehicle financing, ensuring smooth documentation, verification, and timely approvals
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with vehicle dealers and existing clients to foster trust and long-term engagement
