Relationship Manager - FI & Agriculture| Tiruppur South

About the role

The role requires independent judgment in evaluating customer requirements, assessing business opportunities and risks, ensuring regulatory compliance, and representing the Bank in interactions with customers and stakeholders while contributing to portfolio performance and business growth. Drive business development activities and achieve assigned business targets for the FI & Agriculture portfolio.

What you'll do

• Drive business development activities and achieve assigned business targets for the FI & Agriculture portfolio
• Manage Agriculture Lending, Commodity Finance, Program-Based Loans, Tie-up Loans for Farmers, and other products offered by the vertical
• Liaise with branches to support business growth, customer acquisition, and effective servicing of borrowers
• Ensure adherence to product guidelines, regulatory requirements, and internal policies and processes
• Maintain defined turnaround times (TAT) for end-to-end credit delivery and customer servicing
