About the role

Manage all post-sale activities once the booking is completed. Communicate with customers within defined TAT for new bookings. Share, explain, and guide customers on TDS-related information and compliance. Follow up for completion of pending KYC documentation. Track and follow up on pending booking amounts, including spill-over cases to subsequent months.

What you'll do

  • Manage all post-sale activities once the booking is completed
  • Communicate with customers within defined TAT for new bookings
  • Follow up for completion of pending KYC documentation. Track and follow up on pending booking amounts, including spill-over cases to subsequent months
  • Coordinate registration of sale agreements and/or conveyance deeds as per defined TAT
  • Track agreement lifecycle from query generation to registration completion
