About the role

Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable Home Loan products . Regularly follow up with customers and channel partners to ensure smooth processing and timely closure of cases.

What you'll do

Drive Home Loan business through DSA, Connectors, and Open Market sourcing channels
Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with DSAs, property brokers, builders, connectors, and other referral partners to generate business
Source prospective customers directly from the open market and build a strong local referral network
Achieve assigned monthly and annual sales/disbursement targets
Coordinate with internal teams for login, credit assessment, documentation, sanction, and disbursement of cases
