About the role

The Relationship Manager - Housing Finance is responsible for sourcing, acquiring, and managing Home Loan customers while ensuring achievement of business targets. The role involves developing relationships with customers, builders, brokers, DSAs, and other referral channels to generate quality business and deliver excellent customer service.

What you'll do

• Acquire new customers for Home Loans and Loan Against Property (LAP)
• Generate business through direct sales, channel partners, builders, and referrals
• Achieve monthly disbursement and sourcing targets
• Assess customer requirements and recommend suitable housing finance products
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to drive cross-sell opportunities
