About the role

We are seeking a driven and experienced Relationship Manager to manage and grow the DSA (Direct Selling Agent) or branch channel for mortgage products. This is an individual contributor role focused on driving sales, ensuring compliance, and managing end-to-end case processing.

What you'll do

Manage sales and distribution of mortgage products through DSAs
Train and develop DST (Direct Sales Team) and DSA partners to ensure productivity and compliance
Ensure adherence to KYC and documentation norms as per company guidelines
Ensure timely and accurate closure of disbursement documentation
Liaise with internal departments including Credit, Legal, Technical, RCU, and Operations for smooth case processing
