The Relationship Manager – LAP is responsible for sourcing and acquiring customers for Loan Against Property products, building strong customer relationships, and achieving business targets through effective sales and portfolio management. The role involves identifying customer funding requirements, evaluating eligibility, and coordinating with internal teams for smooth loan processing and disbursement.

What you'll do

Responsible for sourcing and acquiring customers for Loan Against Property products, building strong customer relationships
Source and acquire new customers for Loan Against Property (LAP) business
Generate leads through market mapping, channel partners, referrals, builders, DSAs, and direct sales activities
Collect and verify customer documentation required for loan processing
Coordinate with Credit, Legal, Technical, Operations, and Risk teams for timely sanction and disbursement
