About the role

Relationship Manager, will be responsible for acquiring and managing clients to drive sustainable revenue and portfolio growth in Loan book comprising of Corporate Loan, Promoter financing, structured financing, acquisition financing etc. The role emphasizes new-to-bank (NTB) acquisition, cross-selling (such as Insurance, Wealth).

What you'll do

• Responsible for acquiring and managing clients to drive sustainable revenue and portfolio growth in Loan book comprising of Corporate Loan, Promoter financing
• Ensure portfolio quality, compliance with credit risk policies, and deliver exceptional client experience through collaboration with internal teams
• Achieve targets for loan book growth
• Meet income targets from interest and fee
• Prepare and submit draft credit proposals in conformity with Credit Policy guidelines and requirements and to maintain a high standard of credit analysis
