Demonstrate ownership and accountability towards business targets and customer experience.

What you'll do

  • Drive sourcing and conversion of LAP opportunities through internal and external channels
  • Handle customer engagement, lead nurturing, and end-to-end loan application management
  • Build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders across Credit, Operations, Legal, Technical, and Sales teams
  • Support new business initiatives, campaigns, partnerships, and cross-sell opportunities
  • Ensure timely follow-up, documentation, login, sanction, and disbursement of cases
