About the role

The role requires independent judgment in evaluating customer requirements, assessing business opportunities and risks, ensuring regulatory compliance, and representing the Bank in interactions with customers and stakeholders while contributing to portfolio performance and business growth. Achieve NR business objectives across the Zone by collaborating with Cluster/Segment Leaders to drive growth and acquisition.

What you'll do

• Achieve NR business objectives across the Zone by collaborating with Cluster/Segment Leaders to drive growth and acquisition
• Support Segment RMs in NR acquisition and ETB portfolio management, generating forex income via FCNR forwards and cross-selling
• Maintain client relationships through mailers/calls, conduct training for staff and leaders to enhance product knowledge
• Monitor key quality parameters like funding and account activation to improve portfolio performance
