About the role

The Relationship Manager – Retail Health will be responsible for expanding and nurturing a network of retail health agents, delivering comprehensive product and compliance training, and ensuring the achievement of Gross Written Premium (GWP) and fiscal year budget goals. This role partners closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to deliver exceptional service and drive sustainable growth.

What you'll do

• Responsible for expanding and nurturing a network of retail health agents, delivering comprehensive product and compliance training
• Recruit, onboard, and retain high‑performing retail health agents
• Design and deliver product and compliance training programs
• Lead agent workshops to enhance sales techniques and product knowledge
• Monitor and drive Gross Written Premium (GWP) achievement against targets
