Relationship Manager - Retail Health

About the role

The Relationship Manager – Retail Health will be responsible for expanding our network of retail health agents, delivering comprehensive training, and ensuring day‑to‑day operational excellence. This role partners closely with marketing, product, and compliance teams to develop promotional initiatives, analyze competitive landscapes, and identify new market opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with agents, clients, and internal stakeholders.

What you'll do

• Responsible for expanding our network of retail health agents, delivering comprehensive training, and ensuring day‑to‑day operational excellence
• Identify, recruit, and onboard new retail health agents to meet growth targets
• Design and deliver comprehensive training programs on product knowledge and sales techniques
• Monitor and support agents' daily field activities to ensure compliance and performance standards
• Conduct regular competitive analysis to inform strategy and maintain market advantage
