Relationship Manager - Retail Health

About the role

The Relationship Manager – Retail Health will be responsible for expanding our retail health footprint by recruiting, onboarding, and supporting a high‑performing network of agents. You will design and deliver training programs, monitor field activities, conduct competitive analysis, and collaborate with internal teams to launch promotional initiatives while maintaining regulatory compliance and delivering exceptional client service.

What you'll do

• Responsible for expanding our retail health footprint by recruiting, onboarding, and supporting a high‑performing network of agents
• Design and deliver training programs, monitor field activities, conduct competitive analysis
• Identify, recruit, and onboard new retail health agents to meet growth targets
• Design and deliver comprehensive training programs on product knowledge and sales techniques
• Monitor and support agents' daily field activities to ensure compliance and performance standards
