As a Relationship Manager, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our retail health agents. Your primary focus will be on recruiting, training, and activating agents to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to drive business growth.

What you'll do

• Play a crucial role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our retail health agents
• Be responsible for achieving GWP targets and ensuring a positive customer experience
• Develop and implement effective training programs to enhance agent performance and knowledge
• Monitor and evaluate agent performance, providing regular feedback and coaching to drive improvement
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing agents, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment
